Grief Support Cafe - Weds 3rd December
National Grief Awareness week runs from 2nd - 8th December 2025 The aim is to raise awareness and normalize conversations around grief and loss. I will be running a grief café with Lytham Library on Wednesday 3rd December from 11.00 am until 12 noon. Come along and connect with others who have experienced loss, in a non judgemental, supportive environment. Everyone is welcome and tea & coffee will be available.
